She launched her own small business The Cutting Board in 2012 where she offered cooking classes, one-on-one health coaching sessions, educational lectures, and cooking parties for adults and children. At The Cutting Board, Gray’s specialty was cooking nourishing meals for wellness retreats and for individuals with specific health goals, which enhanced her belief that food can act like medicine.

She is a certified gluten practitioner through Dr. Tom O'Bryan, an Autoimmune Paleo Certified Coach, and is a trained MCI certified practitioner in the Bredesen Protocol.

She currently is helping people regain their health through food choices and life style changes in Grosse Pointe, MI both in person and with video calls where she offers nutritional consultations. What They Say

I love getting feedback—both complementary and constructive. As a certified Nutritional Wellness Consultant, I’m proud to have gained the trust of my valued clients. Read on to see what others have said about me.

I didn't meet my goal.  I exceeded it!
I was hoping to lose 10-15 pounds, but I was not very successful on the ketogenic diet by myself, so I did a web search for a nutrition consultant.  When I found Gray's website, Eat Well, Age Well Nutrition I became hopeful that I could also get help with menopause issues and a little brain fog.  Gray devised a plan for me that was not only focused on nutrition, but also on stress relief.  She helped me redefine balance between the food groups and guided me to a very educational food journaling program, where I learned to balance activity with a nutrient-dense, low carb diet.  She set it up for me to lose 1 to 1-1/2  pounds a week, "slow and steady wins the race."  Every time we spoke, she would follow up with sending me new recipes. She was practical, knowledgeable, supportive, personable, and very effective.  I didn't end up losing my 10-15 lbs.   I lost 27(!) and am holding steady just fine with the new habits I learned.   Thank you, Gray!
