I didn't meet my goal.  I exceeded it!
I was hoping to lose 10-15 pounds, but I was not very successful on the ketogenic diet by myself, so I did a websearch for a nutrition consultant.  When I found Gray's website, Eat Well, Age Well, I became hopeful that I could also get help with menopause issues and a little brain fog.  Gray devised a plan for me that was not only focused on nutrition, but also on stress relief.  She helped me redefine balance between the food groups and guided me to a very educational food journaling program, where I learned to balance activity with a nutrient-dense, low carb diet.  She set it up for me to lose 1 to 1-1/2  pounds a week, "slow and steady wins the race."  Every time we spoke, she would follow up with sending me new recipes. She was practical, knowledgeable, supportive, personable, and very effective.  I didn't end up losing my 10-15 lbs.   I lost 27(!) and am holding steady just fine with the new habits I learned.   Thank you, Gray!
