This year-long program is similar to the preventative program but we are able to dive more deeply into the protocols. Clients receive the weekly nutrition video clip for brain health, a weekly cooking demonstration video and recipe geared towards brain health, and the movement component in the form of a weekly Bowspring yoga posture. In addition, we will discuss how to move more deeply into nutritional ketosis so that autophagy happens. We will measure ketones with a breath monitor, measure blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor, and discuss optimal blood markers and supplements. Includes 8 - 1 hour consultations and weekly touch base phone calls and texts.
